The Choral Director

Colenton Freeman has had extensive experience as choir/choral director.  For 7 years he led his own Gospel Chorus THE FREEMAN SINGERS. This group became very popular in the town of Giessen and surrounding areas.  They gave several benefit concerts for different organizations such as Children in Need and Doctors without Boundaries.

Freeman also created an ensemble of singers from the Community College in Gießen, the University of Kassel and the Lahn-Dill-Akademie-Music School in Dillenburg for a project at the Stadttheater Gießen entitled "The Differences and Similarities of Gospel Music and the African-American Spiritual.
